Shipping policy

Every order is made to order. We print or embroider it after you check out, then ship it straight to you.

Processing time

Printed tees: usually 2–5 business days to produce.
Embroidered hats: usually 3–7 business days to produce.

Delivery time

United States: typically 3–8 business days after your order ships.
International: typically 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

So for most US orders, plan on about 1–2 weeks from checkout to your door.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and destination.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Multiple items

Orders with different product types (a tee and a hat, for example) may be made in different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
